Occupation: I work for Irwin Tools, a Newell Rubbermaid Company, in Gorham Maine as the Materials Manager where I manage 50 associates at multiple levels. I have been with the Newell Rubbermaid for 9 years beginning at Graco Children’s Products in Macedonia, Ohio. I transferred to Maine in the summer of 2009 to implement and support Irwin’s SAP ERP business system.

Favorite Volleyball Position: Setter – The quarterback of the team. She/he must be the hardest working player on the team and the most prepared, always looking for the best matchup against the blockers.

Coaching Drive: I have built my career through training adults and youths to change habits to be more effective. I approach managing my business much like I approach coaching athletes. My goal for the 2012-2013 season is to build upon the GMS foundations and increase atheletes’ volleyball intelligence.
