Last seasons 16 National teams had a successful season and maintained a status in the top 10 teams in NERVA 16s for the duration of the season. I am looking forward to the new talent moving up the 16s level this season, I am very excited to get to know a new group of athletes. I will be focusing heavily this season on collective effort, goal setting, fast tempo game, simple fundamentals, and understanding of the sport. We will have weekly classroom sessions to learn more about the game and how to become more mentally tough and focused. I am excited to learn the individual needs of each athlete to offer them the leadership and direction they need to improve their all overall game. We have a fun year of travel and challenges, I can’t can’t wait to see what we do this year!
