My Name: Morgan Pasquali
Team: 14 Columbia
I have taught various youth sport leagues in my home town of Laconia New Hampshire since graduating college. I have been playing sports since I was young and am excited to try this new role in sports.
I started playing volleyball as a freshman in high school. Due to my height I was placed in the front row as an outside hitter. I was co-captain during my senior year of high school, helping my team get to the second round of playoffs. After graduating high school I joined the 2009-2010 Roger Williams Volleyball team. My team went on that year to win the championship for the Commonwealth Coast Conference. Since graduating I have played in intermediate coed volleyball leagues.
What is most important to me as a coach is creating a team the players look forward to playing with. I have continued to play volleyball because I enjoy the type of connection you have with your team. I think a strong connection will help a team play more cohesively. I also want this season to bring an environment to be a learning experience where the players can improve their skills.
